Waitlist Privacy Notice

Effective October 25, 2026

This site, getprescia.com, is operated by Efrem Sharew, doing business as Prescia, in Colorado, USA ("we").

What we collect

• Waitlist form: your work email, plus, if you choose to enter them, your company, support team size, and the ticketing tool you use (all optional).
• Hosting logs: our host, Netlify, automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of the request.

We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this notice first.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about Prescia's launch and early access, and occasionally to send product updates. We may invite you to an optional research conversation. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address.

Sharing

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. Only the service providers that help us run the site and waitlist see it:

• Netlify (website hosting, and storing waitlist signups through Netlify Forms)

They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We delete waitlist information 12 months after our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask. Hosting logs follow Netlify's standard retention.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete your information, or to leave the waitlist, email efrem@getprescia.com. You can also unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Do Not Track

Because we don't track visitors across sites, our site doesn't change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this notice, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are material, we'll also email waitlist members before they take effect.
